• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Content

• Grant OfferedYou a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
• Represent that your content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Agree not to post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Review Guidelines

• Reviews must be based on genuine, first-hand experiences.
• You may not post reviews for businesses you own or are affiliated with.
• Fake reviews, paid reviews, or reviews posted in exchange for incentives are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

6. Business Listings

• Business owners may claim their listing by verifying their identity and association with the business.
• Business information must be accurate and up to date.
• OfferedYou reserves the right to modify or remove listings that violate these terms.

7. Paid Services

• Subscription plans (Pro, Premium) are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited communications
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or search results

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business information, reviews, or user-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

OfferedYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
